A taste of some of the amazing mosaic and pattern found all over Marrakech, the main influence for my project.
So for my final major project (!) i decided to use Arabic architecture and design as my theme. A trip to Marrakech for a week in February was the perfect opportunity for first hand research, here is the mood board created for the project.
Design idea for a headboard covering, to be laser cut out of leather and stretched across the headboard of a bed.
Duvet cover design, to go with plain grey pillow cases. A busy design created from lots of layers.
